Arika Jackson

I am a dedicated, ambitious, and goal-driven instructional designer and educational technology specialist with 13 years of progressive experience in school settings and in producing instructor-led, blended, and eLearning instruction. As an instructional designer, I’ve worked collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to create effective training for adult learners. I strive to create engaging and beneficial training and learning environments for lifelong learners. I have a thorough understanding of implementing the use of multiple forms of learning in lesson and training preparation. I've developed leadership abilities with experience in training coworkers, teachers, and other staff members. My current goal is to gain a position in instructional design or in curriculum/technical training that will allow me to grow my skills as a leader and a trainer. I am a dedicated self-starter with exceptional organizational skills who pays close attention to detail with a proven ability to effectively translate the instructional goals into meaningful training material.
